Dennis Blake, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and CEO of Blake Sports Group, Dennis oversees all day to day operations of Athlete Representation, Corporate Consulting and Event Management. Before the development of the Blake Sports Group in 2006, Dennis was an influential leader in the Public Relations and Marketing departments for the Callaway, Odyssey, Ben Hogan, and Top-Flite golf brands. As a PGA Tour representative for the Callaway Golf Company from 2003 to 2005, Dennis was instrumental in recruiting PGA Tour players for all Callaway brands. His success in player relations coupled with his knowledge of product resulted in the position of Director of Public Relations and Pro-Tour at the Top-Flite and Ben Hogan Golf Company. During his tenure there, Dennis was pivotal in creating multimedia marketing strategies for both brands. One of his most notable idea-to-execution activations was the procurement of Top-Flite's very successful NASCAR sponsorship, which was the first ever cross-marketing strategy between golf and NASCAR. In 2009, Dennis was selected to be a featured panelist and speaker at the “Entrepreneurial Forum” at the prestigious Babson College School of Business. Dennis was also featured on the cover of the "Golf Magazine Full Swing Handbook" and in the popular book 50 Places to Golf Before You Die. Dennis received a golf scholarship to the University of Maryland where he earned his degree in 1998.
